歌訣十六

天然精術怕三穿，
不走外門是枉然。
他走外兮我走內，
伸手而得不費難。

"The natural and refined techniques fear the three piercings.
Do not walk out the door, this is vain.
The opponent walks outside, one walks inside.
Then it is not difficult to extend one’s hand and win."
