歌訣二十九

步法動時腰先提，
收縮合宜顯神奇。
足欲動兮腰不動，
踉蹌邁去誤時機。

"The feet move if the waist has moved first,
When it is suitable to withdraw, the trick becomes evident.
When one wishes to step but the waist does not move,
The step will be clumsy and the opportunity will be missed."
