歌訣十七

掌使一面不為功，
至少仍須兩面攻。
一橫一直三角手，
使人如在我懷中。

"To use a single palm is not effective,
at least both sides must attack.
One across, one straight, the hands form a triangle,
it is as if the opponent is positioned at the center of my chest."
